Welcome to My Online Protractor ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), available at https://myonlineprotractor.com. By accessing or using our website and digital tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. License & Permitted Use

We grant you a free, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use My Online Protractor in your web browser for personal, educational, scholarly, and professional design or workshop purposes.

You may measure angles on personal drawings, homework, blueprints, and digital media.
You may export reports, printable PDF templates, and Ultra-HD PNG canvas images for personal or classroom use.
You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, distribute malicious payloads, or attempt to disable the platform's infrastructure.

2. Precision & Engineering Disclaimer

While My Online Protractor utilizes 64-bit mathematical calculations down to 0.01° precision, real-world digital measurements depend on factors outside our control, including user ray placement, camera lens optical distortion, perspective skewing, and display scaling.

Important Engineering Notice: This software utility is intended for reference, education, hobbyist fabrication, and general drafting. It is not certified for mission-critical structural engineering, life-support hardware calibration, aeronautical design, or regulated medical diagnostics. Always use certified, physically calibrated metrology equipment for safety-critical applications.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights: The visual interface, branding, logos, layout, styling, and client-side vector engine code are the proprietary intellectual property of My Online Protractor.

Your Rights (User Content): You retain 100% of all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and ownership in any photographs, CAD blueprints, drawings, or documents that you inspect with the tool. Because all processing occurs locally on your machine, we never obtain, store, or claim any license over your files.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF TEMPORARY BROWSER INCOMPATIBILITIES.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MY ONLINE PROTRACTOR OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE TOOL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MATERIAL ERRORS, CONSTRUCTION MISCUTS, LOSS OF DATA, OR WORK STOPPAGES.
